Question: I can't use Getright for the Idrive files, why ?
Answer: Getright has to be configured:
Goto TOOLS --> GETRIGHT CONFIGURATION --> ADVANCED --> MORE.
2. Make sure Send "Referer" in HTTP requests is check marked
3. Underneath it, select "Generated from the download URL"
4. Now use Getright normally on the links available

IF THIS NOT WORKS:
just copy the link from the idrive song (right click and copy link) and add it manually in getright with "enter new url", then remove in the link-line the "s" from "https://......." so it will be "http://....../", after hit enter and getright will start to download.
Question: I can't download from Idrive, what to do ?
Answer: for properly downloading from idrive you have to ACTIVATE the COOKIES in your browser, only then you will have full access to the idrive-files !!

Attention: on evenings (CET)  idrive seems to be rather slow, so better try at daytime, or later in the night
Question: I can't play files that have *.DOC format in my MP3-Player, what have I to do ?
Answer: After downloading the files you have to rename them in *.ZIP, then unpack them with WINZIP and after you can play them as normal MP3-Files.
Question: I can't download any file from the full CD section, why ?
Answer: For properly downloading you have to click with the right mouse click on the files, a pop-up will open and you have to chose the option "save destination under...", after a filebox will appear, just click OK and the file will start downloading.
Question: I can't download a file, an error message appears, why ?
Answer: Sometimes the server is very busy and it wont let you download a file, an errormessage will appear. Just try it some hours later. If the problem remains, please send me an email.
Question: The covers are all in a different size, how can I bring them to a right size ?
Answer: The covers are in different sizes because of the DPI rate. Just open them in a picture-programm like Adobe Photoshop or Ulead Photoimpact. There you can resize them to the proper size. Normal is for a front cover 120x120 mm and for a back cover 149x119 mm.
 
Question: When i click on a cover to download it this cover is displayed on screen, how can download it without displaying it on screen ?
Answer: Use Getright to download it. Click on the cover (Front-back) you want to download while you click simultaneously Ctrl+Alt. You can download the last version of Getright from this address http://www.getright.com/.
